Shipping & Delivery Policy (Important Notice)
We usually ship all orders using our regular courier partners, with whom we have a daily pickup and delivery arrangement. The shipping charges shown at checkout (based on your entered PIN code) are calculated according to the standard rates provided by these courier services.
However, if your delivery PIN code is not serviceable by our regular courier partners, we may need to use an alternate courier service (e.g., Delhivery or others). In such cases, the shipping cost may be higher, and the customer will be required to pay the additional shipping charge.
If prepaid payment was already made with lower shipping, and your PIN code is not serviceable by our regular courier, we will contact you via WhatsApp or phone to inform you about the updated charges.
The additional courier fee must be paid by the customer before the order is dispatched through the alternate courier service.
You may also contact us in advance if you wish to confirm the availability of service at your location.
We advise all customers to please read and understand this policy carefully. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Mumcare is not liable for any delay in delivery by Courier service. For international customers (Outside India), we currently do not serve them and we do not have services for them.
Transit Damage
Our shipping is currently not insured and any items that are “Lost” or “Damaged” in the mail are not the responsibility of MUMCARE. Please check our “Refund and Cancellations Policy” for more information on these issues.
Delivery Time
This is our effort and if we succeed in this effort We ship orders immediately after getting order. Any and all orders placed will be processed only on working days.
